Educapital is Europe’s first impact investment fund dedicated to EdTech and Future of Work. Created in 2017 by Marie-Christine Levet and Litzie Maarek, Educapital invests from late seed to series B in European startups shaping the future of education and work. Educapital currently manages 2 funds and has c.€200m under management.

The candidate will work with a direct report to the Partner and to the CFO.
The Impact & Communication Manager will be involved in two main missions
Impact & ESG
Management of the annual Impact & ESG reporting campaigns
Active participation in impact analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
Support to portfolio companies (benchmarking, tools, carbon assessment, best practices, annual review, webinars)
Work on Edtech-related research projects (Evidence-based projects)
Project management (B-Corp, Société à mission)
Coordination of our annual impact report
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Social and community management (Linkedin, Twitter, Medium)
Coordination of monthly newsletters
Writing articles related to Educapital's thesis (Edtech, Future of Work, Impact)
Assisting in the preparation of ad hoc presentations, communications, and events towards our community of investors and entrepreneurs
Communication with LPs
Bac+5 (Sciences-Po, Grandes Écoles, CELSA, ISCOM, University Degree)
3-5 years' experience with significant Impact/ESG background
Excellent writing skills (English & French)
Energetic, team-spirit and proactive mindset
Autonomous and multi-tasking
Strong interest in social/environmental issues and impact measurement
